WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is formal. We suggest that our guests wear suits, tuxedos, floor length gowns, cocktail dresses, or pantsuits.
when should i arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM. We ask that all guests are seated by 2:50 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
WhO IS INVITED?
We kindly request that you only bring those listed on your invitation to help us maintain a special celebration within the venue's capacity.
do you have a registry?
The most important thing to us is having you celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we would be grateful for a small contribution toward our honeymoon in Playa Mujeres. A card box will be available at the wedding.
where should i park?
We suggest parking in the parkade beside the Convention Centre for $35 CAD per night (subject to change). It is a three-level covered parkade. Valet parking is also available for $49 CAD per night. Alternatively, guests who choose to park downtown can take Bus #2 directly to the hotel. Please reference the map below for directions to the hotel.
do i need a park pass?
If you are staying in or driving through Banff National Park, you will require a Park Pass. Passes are available at a daily rate of $11.00 per individual or $22.00 per family, or you can purchase an Annual Discovery Pass for $75.25 per individual or $151.25 per family. Please visit the link below to purchase your pass in advance and avoid park entry lines.
